Refund policy

In light of our values of mindful consumerism and minimizing our carbon footprint, we do not offer returns. All sales are final barring defective or defective or damaged products. Noona Rose Organics will do our best to provide our customers with as much information as possible to inform their purchase. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons outside of our control, please email info@noonaroseorganics.store with your order number and a description of the issue within 7 days of your order to request a refund or replacement.

 

Refunds
You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
